Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
Landson Agri Equipment Pvt. Ltd. warrants that our agricultural equipment and products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the period specified for each product category.
2. Warranty Periods
2.1 Tractors
- Engine and Transmission: 2 years or 2000 hours, whichever comes first
- Other Components: 1 year or 1000 hours, whichever comes first
2.2 Implements
- Standard Warranty: 1 year from date of purchase
- Heavy-duty Equipment: 18 months from date of purchase
2.3 Spare Parts
- Genuine Parts: 6 months from date of purchase
- Consumable Items: 30 days from date of purchase
3. What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Workmanship defects
- Defects that occur under normal use and maintenance
- Free replacement or repair of defective parts
- Labor costs for warranty repairs (at authorized service centers)
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Failure to follow operating instructions
- Modifications or alterations not authorized by us
- Use of non-genuine parts
- Damage from accidents, fire, or natural disasters
- Commercial or rental use (unless specifically covered)
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Transportation costs to service centers
- Loss of use or consequential damages
5. Warranty Conditions
To maintain warranty coverage:
- Products must be properly registered within 30 days of purchase
- Regular maintenance must be performed as specified in the manual
- Maintenance records must be kept and available for inspection
- Only genuine parts and approved lubricants must be used
- Products must be operated according to instructions
- Warranty service must be performed at authorized service centers
6. Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact our customer service or authorized service center
- Provide proof of purchase and warranty registration
- Describe the problem in detail
- Submit maintenance records if requested
- Allow inspection of the product
We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSSES.
