1. Our Commitment
At Landson Agri Equipment Pvt. Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Time Frame
- Spare Parts: 14 days from delivery date
- Implements: 30 days from delivery date
- Tractors: 7 days from delivery date (subject to inspection)
2.2 Product Condition
To be eligible for return, products must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- With all documentation, manuals, and warranty cards
- Free from damage, modifications, or wear
- With original serial numbers intact
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Used or installed products
- Consumable items (oils, lubricants, filters) once opened
- Products damaged by customer
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
4. Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact customer service at returns@landsonagri.com or call +91 1234567890
- Obtain Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package Product: Securely pack the item in original packaging
- Label Package: Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship Product: Send to our returns center (address provided with RA)
- Wait for Inspection: Allow 5-7 business days for inspection after receipt
5. Refund Options
5.1 Full Refund
You will receive a full refund if:
- Product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- Wrong item was shipped
- Product does not match description
- Return is made within specified timeframe and meets conditions
5.2 Partial Refund
A partial refund may be issued if:
- Product shows signs of use
- Packaging is damaged or missing
- Accessories or documentation are missing
5.3 Refund Deductions
- Restocking Fee: 15-20% for non-defective returns
- Return Shipping: Customer bears cost unless product is defective
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless error on our part
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 5-7 business days
- You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different model or variant, please contact us. Exchange policies follow the same guidelines as returns. Price differences may apply.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Do not use or install the product
- Take photos of damage and packaging
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- We will arrange pickup or provide shipping label
- Replacement or refund will be processed immediately upon receipt
9. Cancellations
9.1 Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible.
9.2 After Shipment
Once shipped, standard return policy applies. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
9.3 Custom Orders
Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
10. International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs duties. Refunds will be issued in the original currency. Additional terms may apply based on your location.
